This formal banquet is called Wazwan. This banquet consists of 36 course dinner, each dish in this banquet is very creamy and thick as butter and yogurt is the most important ingredient in these dishes. These dishes are little spicy because of the spices that are added; these spices and dishes are cooked together in mustard oil and ghee. Mitha Madra
